GENTLE GIANTS - where training meets therapy
For those who want to improve performance while reducing injury risk, training can be combined with sports therapy—linking recovery, prevention, and progression.

CANDY CORE - morning strength
A straightforward morning session mixing strength and cardio touching muscles, you didn’t knew you had. Coffee beforehand is optional—good coffee is available either way.

Strength and mobility training designed to help women build confidence, improve long-term robustness, and support quality of life.
FLYING CIRCUS - acrobatics, mobility & strength
A focused blend of strength, flexibility, and control. Dynamic movement plus targeted strength work to improve balance, coordination, and body awareness—challenging, but playful.
FAB FAM - mama strength club
A 90-minute class for mothers with babies: strength, mobility, and space to connect. Led by a sports therapist who is also a mom. Note: not a classic postnatal recovery course; best taken after completing one, or alongside.

BRIGHT HABITS - classic flow yoga
A clean, modern vinyasa class: breath-led movement, steady heat, and simple progressions you can actually repeat. Expect strong basics, smart transitions, and enough space to move like yourself—energizing without turning it into a performance.

RED HOT REENDEER - slow burn pilates
Mat Pilates with a calm, precise pace—deep core, glutes, and posture work that stacks over time. Small ranges, big effect: control, alignment, and that quiet shake that tells you the system is switching on. Low impact, high return.

A recovery-forward session for people who sit, train, or carry stress in the lower back. Gentle mobility, smart strengthening, and longer holds to open hips, decompress the spine, and bring the nervous system down a gear—therapy vibes, but still training.

SWEET SWEAPS - power yoga fundamentals
For those who want strength from yoga without the fluff: solid holds, clear cues, and progressive load through bodyweight. Expect shoulders, core, legs—plus mobility where you need it. A no-drama class that builds real robustness.
DIZZY ELEPHANT - core & breath lab
A focused mat session that connects breath mechanics with deep core function. Slow drills, stability work, and simple sequences to improve control, endurance, and calm under effort—great as a stand-alone, or as the missing link between training and recovery.
